Both Home Depot and Lowes in my area sell these motion sensing fixtures exclusively. I used these for three different jobs and had problems with all three jobs. The light turns on when motion is sensed but then stays on. The customers have called me complaining that the light stays on all night. I wired these hot and was starting to wonder if I was damaging something electronic in the fixture by doing so. Do you turn the power off before tying in and still have the same problem? Has anyone else had this much failure rate of these lights? I even bench check with a cord set-up so I don't waste my time installing faulty fixtures.
